How does Orbit work?
Real-time information is fed into the handheld PDAs (personal
digital assistants) via the host computer, based at the client's
offices. This allows staff to carry up-to-date information that
can be retrieved quickly and easily at the customers' site. Order
confirmation can be done, as well as printouts. Captured data
is then fed back into the host computer and reconciled with existing
information.
What training is offered to the customer's operating staff?
There is complete onsite training.
